4 mile run this afternoon around the Polo Fields and Training Tracks in Aiken, South Carolina. It’s mid December, sunny and warm enough to brave a vest top.

Totals for the last 7 days…. Ran and biked a combined total of 119.4 miles. Which took 12:41 hours. And burned 6354 calories. I deserve that banana… ………….and the half plate of christmas cookies that preceeded it.

I don’t know what’s more enjoyable about this. The road trip has come to an end and I’ve flown back to South Carolina for the remainder of my time here. I saw South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Nevada, ending in Las Vegas for a few days before returning to the East.
